I really enjoy sharing makeup and beauty products, but today I wanted to share 6 beauty tools that aren’t as glamorous. Let’s get started!
-Nail & Cuticle Oil – Though definitely not as cute as nail polish, a nail and cuticle oil has been an essential for me for about a year now. I have the driest nail beds, so when prepping my nails for polish, I make sure to apply nail and cuticle oil beforehand.
-Oil Blotting Sheets – I don’t use oil blotting sheets regularly, but I do think they are nice to have in the depths of summer for those hot, oily days.
-Eyebrow Shapers – I don’t remember where I first found eyebrow shapers, but I’m so glad I did. I don’t use these for my eyebrows but do use them for unwanted facial hair (TMI?).
-Hair ties – Putting my hair in a bun or ponytail is essential to do my makeup, so hair ties are an absolute necessity for me.
-Scissors – A small pair of facial scissors are also an essential for me. As I don’t get my eyebrows waxed anymore and only pluck them myself, a small set of scissors can be a lifesaver when trimming eyebrows.
-Headband – It is absolutely impossible for me to do my makeup without a headband. I know, crazy right? I can’t stand it when my hair gets in my face, so a headband is an absolute necessity when applying makeup.
What non-glamorous beauty tool could you not live without?
