One of my biggest goals has been staying active. However, I’ve always been one of those people who has been intimidated by the gym. If I do go to the gym, I go to my apartment community’s gym at odd hours so I don’t have to see anyone or I’ll go with a friend. Although, this isn’t always an ideal situation. Since the first of the year, I’ve made it my goal to focus on my health. One of my favorite ways to do this is by working out from my bedroom and yes, it is possible!
My favorite program right now is Tone It Up. Karena and Katrina are so encouraging on their website and Instagram accounts. They have tons of workout ideas that are easy to complete even in your apartment. This is my favorite workout I’ve done so far. On their website, they have recipe ideas, a weekly schedule of workouts, and a community feature where you can connect with others. This week is week #2 of their 8 week program, so there’s still time to sign up!
I also really like finding 30 day workouts on Pinterest to try. My favorites are the 30 day squat and ab challenges. I have some really good at home workouts to try on my Pinterest. Feel free to check them out!
